- Own and drive AI-powered product initiatives end to end, from use-case discovery through shipping and iteration.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements in partnership with engineering, design, and data teams.
- Partner cross-functionally across payments, support, growth, and risk to identify automation opportunities and measurable value.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data to decide what to scale, change, or kill.
- Stay close to emerging AI capabilities and make pragmatic build-versus-not-build decisions as the landscape shifts.
