- Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on user needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
- Determine product scope, feature priorities, and release plans across major product areas.
- Partner with engineering leadership on system architecture, technical feasibility, and trade-offs affecting performance and reliability.
- Guide product and design decisions to ensure a consistent, intuitive user experience across the application.
- Lead launch planning, release readiness, and post-launch improvements based on product performance.
- Set product success metrics and use adoption, engagement, retention, and user feedback to guide investment decisions.
