- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for ChatGPT and Claude product features.
- Manage backlog execution, sprint planning, UAT, release activities, and delivery tracking with US counterparts.
- Identify delivery risks, escalate issues proactively, and coordinate mitigation actions.
- Support day-to-day operations of ChatGPT and Claude platforms, including operational support requests from business users.
- Create and monitor KPIs and metrics, coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams, and maintain product documentation and dashboards.
- Support onboarding, adoption, change management, and training activities to improve platform adoption.
