- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People Empowerment Platform.
- Drive personalized value delivery by matching the right content, services, and benefits to the right user at the right time.
- Prioritize features and platform improvements based on customer impact, business value, and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate across Research, Data Centre, Technology, Content, and Operations teams to execute product initiatives.
- Oversee data validation, enrichment, and quality assurance to ensure accurate and reliable user and service data.
- Measure and optimize user engagement, retention, and product performance using data-driven frameworks.
Required Skills
6+ years of product management experienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience leading teamsCross-functional collaborationProduct strategy and roadmap ownershipData validation and quality assuranceUser engagement and retention optimizationUnderstanding of app/product concepts
