- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for API Connections, SDKs, A2A/MCP interoperability, telephony integrations, and developer experience.
- Define and execute the roadmap for integrations, workflows, and external exposure of agentic capabilities.
- Work directly with engineering leads, customers, account teams, and executive stakeholders to prioritize and sequence delivery.
- Manage platform backlogs, prune low-value requests, and make disciplined tradeoffs across customer commitments, tech debt, and platform bets.
- Establish metrics and telemetry for each product area to measure outcomes and guide decisions.
- Own external documentation strategy and ensure docs ship with features in a docs-first process.
