- Own a charter end-to-end: frame the problem, define success, ship, measure, and iterate.
- Rotate across different parts of the business and tackle high-impact problems over time.
- Build with AI in the loop across discovery, design, and the product itself.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, sales, ops, and growth.
- Use customer and data instincts to decide when to ship and when to kill.
- Drive real ownership on business-moving problems rather than executing someone else’s roadmap.
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on product management experienceExperience at a scaled consumer internet companyProduct shipping experienceStrong problem-solving and first-principles thinkingHigh agency and self-starter mindsetAI-native workflow and product-building experienceStrong customer, product, and business senseAbility to work with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-functional partnersComfort with ambiguity
