- Create the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a suite of return products.
- Develop worldwide features with significant customer-facing and financial impact.
- Partner with technology, customer service, returns operations, retail, and other teams to deliver an end-to-end returns customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable and automated solutions for reverse logistics and returns problems.
- Drive product delivery, feature tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions across the returns and recommerce lifecycle.
