- Define and evolve product strategy for the MENA region based on customer, merchant, market, and competitive insights.
- Own roadmap planning, prioritization, and end-to-end product lifecycle execution from concept to launch.
- Write product requirements, user stories, and launch scope to deliver capabilities on time and on budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional product releases and go-to-market plans across the MENA region.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Sales, and Business Development to address compliance, adoption, and rollout bottlenecks.
- Monitor product performance metrics and drive improvements in conversion, risk-based authentication, and merchant self-service.
