- Create standard colocation product documents, proposals, T&Cs, MSAs, price DoA, and website content updates.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, build, SMEs, DC ops, ESG, and compliance teams to build differentiated pitches and documentation.
- Evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and EOIs; assess feasibility, compliance, solution fit, SoW, layouts, and presentations.
- Handle customer objections and support commercial understanding through DC walkthroughs and solution discussions.
- Work with SCM and OEM partners to secure the best commercials and solution for each case.
- Run trainings, enablement, and industry event sessions for internal and external teams on product and solution.
