- Lead product roadmap development and execution aligned to business goals, customer outcomes, and security standards.
- Prioritize features and make tradeoff decisions across customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and strategy.
- Gather, synthesize, and act on customer feedback to shape product direction and improve solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and external partners to drive delivery and alignment.
- Use data and performance metrics to inform prioritization, assess product health, and adjust roadmap direction.
- Integrate customer requirements into sprint planning and product releases while removing roadblocks and driving accountability.
