- Support ownership of one or more Collateral Operations products or services within the Margin & Interest Workflow pod.
- Work with Collateral Operations users to understand day-to-day margin and interest workflows and identify pain points.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, structured inputs for the delivery team and help prioritize the backlog.
- Partner with Technology teams to deliver AI- and automation-enabled solutions that improve margin call issuance processes.
- Participate in user demos, showcases, and walkthroughs, and support user adoption of new functionality.
- Track and communicate basic outcomes of delivered changes, including usability improvements and reduced manual effort.
