- Define the multi-year AI-native product goal and technical strategy for HR/People Operations products.
- Write PRDs for non-deterministic AI systems, including system instructions, fine-tuning, RAG ingestion pipelines, and safety classifiers.
- Partner with researchers and infrastructure engineers to define model requirements and optimize latency, context windows, compute budgets, and token utilization.
- Design frameworks for multi-agent execution, asynchronous system tracking, and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Implement LLM evaluation systems that track factual alignment and related quality metrics.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Trust, Safety, Legal, and global Policy teams.
Required Skills
8+ years of product management or related technical experience3+ years taking technical products from conception to launchBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceTechnical fluency in generative AI mechanicsExperience designing AI interfaces that handle latency and failures gracefullyAbility to design quantitative frameworks for model performance and hallucination ratesAbility to lead complex, ambiguous technical initiativesExperience working with AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, and safety classifiers
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a technology or business-related fieldPreferred experience in HR product managementExperience with multi-agent systemsExperience with human-in-the-loop validationExperience working with Trust, Safety, Legal, and Policy teams
