- Define and execute product strategy for AI-powered payer solutions, including agentic platforms and automation use cases.
- Translate complex payer business problems into scalable AI product capabilities and prioritized roadmaps.
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept through Alpha, Beta, and General Availability.
- Partner with engineering, data science, operations, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Engage payer clients to validate use cases, incorporate regulatory requirements, and support go-to-market readiness.
- Define and track KPIs, monitor product performance, and iterate to drive measurable business outcomes.
Required Skills
13+ years in healthcare services, healthcare technology, or software development5+ years of product management experience2+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-driven productsExperience translating strategy into executionExperience working in Agile environmentsManaging product backlogsStakeholder management and executive communicationUnderstanding of healthcare payer operations (claims, benefits, prior authorization, policy/editing)
