- Define the accessory product portfolio and product roadmap.
- Translate market, competitor, and customer insights into product requirements.
- Work with R&D, Purchasing, and Quality Management to define specifications and oversee development.
- Own pricing, margin monitoring, sales and revenue planning, and business cases for new products.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Production & Supply Chain, and After-sales / Service.
- Manage products across the full lifecycle, including launch, optimization, maturity, and phase-out.
