- Define and champion the long-term vision and roadmap for internal payroll, taxation, accounting, and financial planning systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and simplify payroll workflows to reduce manual overhead.
- Lead end-to-end product execution from ideation and requirements through testing, launch, and optimization.
- Establish KPIs and metrics for product success, including adoption, reliability, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Partner with business operations, finance, and engineering to align priorities and drive transformation.
- Manage trade-offs across time, cost, reliability, and user experience for internal platforms.
