- Define and own the product roadmap for merchant categories across multiple verticals.
- Develop category-specific strategies that balance customer needs, customer experience, and business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional launches with Tech, Payments, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and external merchant partners.
- Write PRDs, PR/FAQs, business cases, and technical requirements for new features and integrations.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Define success metrics and track product performance, merchant satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Required Skills
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experienceExperience owning roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end-to-end product deliveryExperience with feature delivery and product tradeoffsExperience balancing conflicting priorities and dealing with ambiguityStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementData-driven decision makingWriting PRDs and business cases
