- Define the squad product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned to Payments Channel and Reporting Crew objectives.
- Develop and prioritize the squad backlog in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a squad of engineers and data delivery experts, fostering a psychologically safe and high-performance culture.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, with strong operational risk and compliance outcomes.
- Build technology blueprints and engineering roadmaps for a multi-year data transformation journey.
- Partner across the product value chain and payments stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and resolve issues.
