- Support product management for internal billing platforms across pricing, incentives, reporting, and operational tools.
- Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Strategy, and Technology stakeholders.
- Analyze current processes to improve efficiency, automation, data quality, and user experience.
- Work with engineering teams to define requirements, write user stories, and support backlog prioritization.
- Coordinate testing, validation, release activities, documentation, training, and change management for new functionality.
- Monitor production issues, identify root causes, and partner with technology teams on resolution and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
5+ years of experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Finance, or related fieldAnalytical and problem-solving skillsRequirements gatheringUser story creationAgile product developmentCommunication skillsStakeholder managementData analysisReporting toolsAbility to manage multiple initiativesPrioritization in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of financial systems, pricing operations, incentive management, billing systems, or revenue operationsExperience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar systemsFluent in AI technologies such as Claude code or MS Co-Pilot
