- Investigate customer and administrator needs through interviews, support feedback, usage data, and market or competitor research.
- Translate findings into clear problem statements, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria for an assigned feature or workflow.
- Partner with engineering and design to evaluate feasibility, refine the backlog, and recommend priorities within agreed scope.
- Track feature milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks against the roadmap and support release readiness.
- Gather customer feedback after launch, analyze adoption and workflow outcomes, and propose evidence-based improvements.
- Prepare internal product briefings or training and support broader strategic initiatives under senior PM direction.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in product management, project management, software engineering, or a comparable roleBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experienceWorking knowledge of agile deliveryCybersecurity fundamentalsAbility to interpret customer feedback and product dataClear communication of requirements and trade-offs with technical colleaguesCross-functional collaborationAbility to adapt as evidence or priorities change
