- Support discovery for payroll workflows by joining customer calls and internal feedback sessions.
- Map and document real-world payroll processes, pain points, and compliance risks.
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and product documentation.
- Partner with engineering to clarify requirements, track execution, and close action items.
- Assist with QA testing, rollout readiness, and internal enablement for payroll releases.
- Track customer feedback, usage patterns, and success metrics to recommend improvements.
