- Define and drive the long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Trips experience.
- Shape post-booking and trip management experiences that improve traveller confidence and engagement.
- Drive measurable improvements in traveller engagement, service contact reduction, and repeat bookings.
- Lead experimentation, prototyping, and lightweight validation to inform product decisions quickly.
- Drive the evolution of Trip Management into a modular, configurable platform with reusable capabilities.
- Partner with Design, Research, Product, Data, and AI/ML teams to deliver intelligent automation and context-aware experiences.
