- Define strategy for authentication, tenant discovery, and secure access across HRSD and mobile experiences.
- Establish scalable patterns for tenant identification and routing, including access codes, identifiers, and discovery flows.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across tenancy, identity, mobile, and product teams.
- Partner with engineering to shape platform architecture for secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
- Drive alignment on standards, integrations, and shared platform capabilities across teams.
- Own the product narrative and GTM readiness, including rollout strategy, segmentation, and adoption planning.
