- Define multi-year vision, strategy, and investment priorities for Windows Fundamentals opportunities.
- Prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities across products and teams to improve customer outcomes and platform investments.
- Establish shared success metrics, principles, guardrails, and decision frameworks for product Fundamentals.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, research, data science, product, and business teams.
- Use telemetry, customer feedback, and system constraints to identify root causes, tradeoffs, and actions.
- Translate strategy into measurable plans, drive decisions, manage dependencies and risks, and sustain accountability through delivery.
