- Define requirements for upcoming global mandates and ensure worldwide communication.
- Manage security requirements and handle customer escalations for the core solution.
- Coordinate with R&D, PMM, commercial teams, Strategy, and other Epic Leads.
- Define the partner management framework and Control Tower business capabilities for a new platform concept.
- Break the concept into epics and sub-epics and drive them through the product lifecycle.
- Work with UX to create mock-ups and validate concepts with management and customers.
