- Own the roadmap for growth, conversion, retention, and monetization across the product.
- Drive experiments across pricing, packaging, paywalls, upgrade flows, and in-product monetization levers.
- Identify drop-off points and ship interventions that improve retention and engagement.
- Run user research, analyze behavioral data, and turn customer feedback into product bets.
- Track and optimize key metrics such as conversion funnels, LTV, churn, activation, and engagement cohorts.
- Partner with Applied AI, Software Architects, Growth, Analytics, and Marketing to improve the end-to-end user journey.
