- Own end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor functionality, including configuration, maintenance, optimization, and roadmap planning.
- Design, configure, and support complex Time & Labor solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of time rules, time calculations, overtime policies, premium pay, shift differentials, and related workforce management requirements.
- Partner with Payroll teams to ensure accurate and seamless integration of time data into payroll processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Time & Labor and Payroll integration issues through root cause analysis.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations, support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, and drive continuous improvements in workforce management processes.
