- Own the vision, implementation, and adoption of product features and functionality for one larger or several smaller products.
- Translate the product roadmap into an actionable delivery plan and keep stakeholders aligned as priorities change.
- Maintain and continuously reprioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and customer outcomes.
- Define customer segments, understand customer goals, and measure product value through pilots, surveys, sprint reviews, and KPI metrics.
- Drive end-user communication, marketing, and training strategy, adapting based on feedback.
- Partner with technical teams and vendors to deliver feature releases, upgrades, integrations, and usability improvements.
