- Define business requirements, specifications, user experience, and API strategy for platform building blocks.
- Decompose requirements into user stories, prioritize the backlog, and define acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with technical program managers, engineers, UX, operations, and internal customers to deliver platform capabilities.
- Own platform building blocks long term and continuously improve them through re-use and innovation.
- Shape new capabilities within the platform ecosystem and tee up commercialization opportunities for product development teams.
- Ensure features and documentation are clear and consumable by other engineering teams.
