- Own the strategy and roadmap for Gen AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Reconciliation Intelligence.
- Translate customer needs into product solutions that drive measurable value.
- Partner with engineering, data science/AI, and platform teams to ensure architecture quality, safety, evaluation, and observability.
- Own PRDs, backlog prioritization, story writing, dependencies, and release planning.
- Lead user research, discovery, and experimentation to validate use cases, accuracy, trust, and business impact.
- Support go-to-market and customer enablement through demos, documentation, training, and query resolution.
Required Skills
Product management and end-to-end product deliveryAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirementsCross-functional collaboration with engineering and data science/AI teamsUser research, discovery, and experimentationExcellent execution, communication, and stakeholder managementBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
