- Own features from concept to delivery across the trade lifecycle.
- Produce roadmaps and feature specifications through domain deep-dives and requirements gathering.
- Articulate product value propositions across order routing, execution management, portfolio construction, and position keeping.
- Partner with engineers, architects, and platform partners to translate specs into product and coordinate integration workstreams.
- Build comprehensive test cases for order routing, execution, position synchronization, data mapping, and exception handling.
- Conduct competitor analysis across the OMS/PMS/EMS landscape.
Required Skills
8+ years in front, middle, and/or back-office experience4+ years in product management2+ years direct experience with OMS and/or PMS platformsKnowledge of order creation, routing, execution, allocation, and settlementFamiliarity with execution venues, prime brokers, fund administrators, and accounting enginesExperience collaborating with engineers in an agile environmentAbility to manage multiple workstreams with diligenceGraduate degree in software engineering, finance, or a related quantitative field

Knowledge of FIX connectivityExperience with portfolio analyticsExperience with execution management systems (EMS)Experience with back-office accounting workflows
