- Own the high voltage switchgear product portfolio strategy and technology roadmap.
- Align product roadmaps with commercial, solution, supplier, and engineering stakeholders.
- Define product platforms, make-or-buy decisions, and go-to-market/pricing principles.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from design and sourcing through installation, operation, and end-of-life.
- Lead product and technical development, including R&D gate reviews, compliance, and product improvement.
- Drive supply chain optimization, cost optimization, and performance targets for HVS products and solutions.
