- Own the user conversion and post-booking experience charter end-to-end across web and app.
- Define and execute a multi-horizon growth strategy that ladders up to company goals.
- Lead and coach a small team of PMs, setting direction and removing blockers.
- Build and scale a rigorous experimentation program with clear prioritization and learning loops.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing on growth priorities.
- Define and track OKRs, experiment velocity, and funnel impact metrics.
