- Own the vision, strategy, goals, success metrics, and roadmap for Finance data products.
- Lead the Product track within Enterprise Data Products and manage the demand intake and operating model.
- Prioritize competing Finance needs and drive trade-offs based on business value, risk, reuse, and effort.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Finance stakeholders to plan, deliver, and adopt trusted data products.
- Lead and develop a team of Data Product Managers through coaching, feedback, and objective setting.
- Champion product management practices and help scale the data product management approach across the company.
