- Lead product strategy and roadmap across Customer and Shared Services charters.
- Own product outcomes across customer journeys, engagement, digital experiences, and shared platform capabilities.
- Partner with business, operations, design, engineering, analytics, and global stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and define success metrics.
- Manage and mentor Product Managers, strengthening product judgment, execution discipline, and stakeholder management.
- Drive alignment across multiple teams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Build scalable, reusable capabilities and establish product governance, OKRs, and delivery tracking.
