- Develop the adjacencies strategy by identifying and validating growth opportunities tied to Industrial BUs strategy.
- Lead market segmentation, competitive analysis, and benchmarking for the assigned portfolio.
- Contribute to the 5-year growth plan and identify market penetration opportunities.
- Support the full M&A lifecycle, including target screening and strategic rationale development.
- Develop and execute portfolio and product strategy, including differentiated value propositions and go-to-market plans.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including promotion, rationalization, exits, and launch readiness.
