- Own the regional GenAI product strategy and roadmap across Ascend and Fraud portfolios.
- Drive commercial performance of the GenAI portfolio, including revenue growth, margins, monetization, and business case delivery.
- Lead discovery and productization of high-impact GenAI use cases into market-ready offerings.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and GTM teams to embed GenAI into core products and scale adoption across EMAP markets.
- Shape pricing, value propositions, and commercial messaging to support strategic deals and client engagement.
- Ensure GenAI governance, controls, explainability, and risk frameworks are built into product design and delivery.
Required Skills
15+ years of product management or product leadership experienceExperience owning business outcomes or product portfolio performanceStrong grounding in product discovery and productizationOutcome-based prioritizationDeep understanding of Generative AI concepts, patterns, and limitationsAbility to translate AI capabilities into customer-ready offeringsExperience communicating complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and technical teamsProduct monetizationPricing and packagingGo-to-market strategyRevenue ownershipBusiness case deliveryExperience in regulated or high-trust environments
