- Lead customer discovery to identify high-value Voice AI use cases and turn them into a prioritized roadmap.
- Own the product end-to-end from concept to launch, including PRDs, KPIs, and sprint execution with engineering.
- Define voice UX and AI orchestration for natural, empathetic interactions across interruptions, accents, and edge cases.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and sales to ensure technical feasibility, strong design, and commercial viability.
- Collaborate on product-led growth initiatives, including onboarding flows and product messaging that improves time-to-value.
- Build feedback loops using user feedback and telemetry to iterate quickly and improve retention, revenue, and defensibility.
