- Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of enterprise digital product capabilities supporting rewards member experiences.
- Partner across cross-channel and cross-functional teams to align priorities, delivery, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate stakeholder and enterprise needs into product plans, annual planning, and multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Drive prioritization, tradeoffs, release planning, and delivery timelines across lines of business and enterprise teams.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers, manage dependencies and risks, and support continuous improvement of the member experience.
