- Define the product vision and strategy for AI-driven capabilities across Employee Service.
- Lead the design and delivery of Agentic AI workflows for IT and HR service use cases.
- Drive product and architectural decisions for LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration.
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and protect enterprise data privacy.
- Define human-in-the-loop UX patterns and seamless handoffs between agents and employees.
- Partner cross-functionally on GTM, customer discovery, and executive communication.
