- Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for a digital product.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from planning through execution.
- Define product features, requirements, and implementation plans for new digital products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, drive escalations, and deliver product enhancements.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis, market research, and customer feedback to improve user experience and guide roadmap decisions.
- Prepare product documentation and support marketing and sales with product knowledge and technical expertise.
