- Lead CLM business requirement gathering for platform enhancements.
- Support CLM roadmap development and maintain the product backlog.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize delivery needs and manage the CLM solution delivery plan.
- Communicate CLM strategy and facilitate stakeholder buy-in for timely delivery.
- Support technical configuration of the CLM solution and standardize processes and delivery.
- Coordinate testing, resolve issues, and support post-deployment incidents and stabilization.
