- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, sales, marketing, and engineering to gather requirements and define product specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications with engineering teams.
- Drive the development and launch of new features and enhancements from concept to launch.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, then iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Act as a product evangelist for the Workforce Management solution and gather customer and market feedback.
