- Identify and implement automation and optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and increase Sales team productivity.
- Use analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Work with engineering, operations, and business teams to support BAU activities and manage change requests/enhancements.
- Architect and orchestrate data-heavy solutions in Salesforce using a headless 360 approach.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
