- Translate product strategy into detailed requirement documents and prototypes.
- Gather and analyze user data, conduct user interviews, and run competition studies to solve customer problems.
- Create detailed scope documents and work with the tech team and product owner to refine them.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across product, account management, development, marketing, and customer service to collect feedback.
- Drive beta feature adoption at client sites and conduct user acceptance testing for releases.
- Identify new feature opportunities from customer feedback, industry trends, business goals, and market research.
