- Shape the product roadmap with the Product Manager, CPO, and CTO using a data-driven, customer-centric approach.
- Gather and translate business requirements into FRDs, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups.
- Drive agile delivery by defining acceptance criteria, supporting UAT, and coordinating with engineering, QA, and design.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to validate solutions, collect feedback, and monitor feature adoption.
- Own product documentation, including release notes, user guides, and API/webhook documentation.
- Analyze POS data structures, retail workflows, and payments ecosystems to inform product decisions.
