- Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
- Engage directly with construction industry customers to understand their pain points, workflows, and needs.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver features and support launches.
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, analyze usage data, and support A/B testing and experimentation.
- Manage product backlogs, write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and participate in sprint ceremonies.
Required Skills
2 years of experience in product managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfort working with dataBasic understanding of software development processesAgile methodologiesProficiency with product management tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCross-functional collaborationCustomer research and user interviewsProduct metrics and KPI tracking
