- Prototype and ship AI agents end-to-end using LLMs, prompts, tool use, and retrieval over relevant data.
- Own the marketplace experience across discovery, trial, onboarding, dashboards, and billing.
- Conduct customer research, synthesize insights, and decide which agents to build and in what order.
- Design and run evaluations for agent quality, including accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Translate user needs and data insights into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, ML/NLP, design, and ops to build scalable platform capabilities and usable experiences.
Required Skills
2–5 years of overall experienceAI-native workflow using AI tools for research, requirements, and prototypingVibe-coding working prototypes front-end and back-endHands-on LLM experiencePrompt engineeringAgent frameworks such as Claude, LangChain, CrewAI, or similarRetrieval / vector databasesAbility to design and run evals for agent qualityDebugging hallucination, latency, and cost issuesUX sensibilityWireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or PowerPointExperience with onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention funnelsKnowledge of APIs, SDKs, and PWAsStrong written and verbal communicationAnalytical and problem-solving skills

Exposure to financial products such as cards, credit lines, lending, payments, or walletsExposure to backend systems or platform thinkingUnderstanding of scalability, integrations, and reusable architecturesExperience with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial servicesExperience with product reviews, presentations, and competitor analysis
