- Own and drive the roadmap for payment solutions and devices products for offline merchants.
- Define portfolio product strategy from first principles and drive multi-pod execution toward measurable outcomes.
- Make profitability vs. growth decisions across the portfolio using pricing, distribution, unit economics, and cost-to-serve levers.
- Design pod-level org structure, capability plans, and operating mechanisms to improve throughput, quality, reliability, and speed.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and act as the go-to person for product decisions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with external customers and stakeholders to communicate objectives, progress, and execution plans.
