- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for issuer-side infrastructure across cards and UPI.
- Partner with engineering on system architecture and design decisions for scalable, extensible platform delivery.
- Own platform outcomes such as reliability, latency, adoption, and production-grade quality.
- Lead the development of a multi-tenant, API-first SaaS platform for banks, fintechs, and enterprises.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers and establish strong product practices.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and ecosystem partners to drive integrations and platform adoption.
Required Skills
7-10 years of product management experienceLeadership experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS platformsExperience building and scaling issuer-side card systems and/or UPI infrastructureStrong engineering backgroundSystem designAPIsDistributed systemsExperience with banks, payment networks, or the NPCI ecosystemExperience delivering large-scale, high-availability transaction platforms
