- Own and maintain the AI product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into product initiatives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Write and groom user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA and manage a prioritized backlog.
- Partner with Sales, Services, Engineering, and leadership to align on product direction and delivery.
- Define KPIs, SMART goals, and reporting to track product performance and drive accountability.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate workshops, demos, and reviews to support continuous delivery.
